Webmona Image Watermark Tool is a macOS desktop app for adding watermarks to images and PDFs. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your files, settings, purchase status, and support interactions.
Short Version
Webmona Image Watermark Tool is designed as a local-first desktop utility.
- Your images, PDFs, project files, exports, and settings are processed locally on your Mac.
- The app does not upload your files to Webmona servers.
- The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party telemetry.
- Purchases and access checks are handled through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system.
- If you contact Webmona through our website or email, we receive the information you choose to send.
Information Processed Locally by the App
The app may process the following information on your Mac so that its features work:
- Images and PDFs you select or drag into the app.
- Watermark text, watermark layers, crop settings, image adjustment settings, and export settings.
- Project files you choose to save or open.
- Export folders and generated output files you choose.
- Local app preferences such as language, theme, performance settings, recent projects, and previous watermark defaults.
- macOS security-scoped bookmarks for user-selected files and folders, so the app can reopen files you previously selected.
This information is stored locally on your Mac. It is not sent to Webmona by the app.
File Access
The app only accesses files and folders that you choose through macOS file dialogs, drag and drop, project open flows, or export folder selection.
The app may store local security-scoped bookmark data for selected files and folders. This helps restore access after restarting the app while respecting macOS sandbox rules. Bookmark data stays on your Mac and is not included in portable settings export.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Webmona Image Watermark Tool uses Apple’s App Store in-app purchase system.
The app currently supports:
- Monthly Premium access.
- Yearly Premium access.
- Lifetime Premium access.
Apple processes App Store purchases, payment information, refunds, subscriptions, and purchase history. Webmona Image Watermark Tool receives only the purchase status needed to unlock Premium export behavior inside the app. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Data Collection by Webmona
The desktop app itself does not collect personal data for Webmona.
We do not use the app to:
- Track you across apps or websites.
- Show advertising.
- Collect analytics events.
- Upload your images, PDFs, exports, or projects.
- Sell personal data.
Support and Website Contact
If you contact Webmona through our website, email, or contact form, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message, screenshots, attachments, and technical details you include.
We use support information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and maintain customer records where necessary.
Do not send sensitive files unless they are necessary for support.
Third-Party Services
The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, crash reporting, or cloud processing services.
The app may open fixed Webmona support and privacy policy pages in your default browser when you choose those links in Settings.
Children’s Privacy
The app is a general-purpose desktop utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app.
Data Retention
Files and settings created by the app remain on your Mac until you delete them or reset the app’s settings. Support messages sent to Webmona may be retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain business records.
Your Choices
You can:
- Choose which files and folders the app can access.
- Delete exported files and project files from your Mac.
- Reset app settings from the app’s Settings panel.
- Contact Webmona to ask about support information you previously sent to us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes, when legal requirements change, or when Webmona updates its support process. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
